BPAY
Our BPAY biller code is 123117. You will require your unique reference number which can be found at the bottom of your invoice.

Phone
Call our patient accounts line directly on 1300 288 597 to pay your invoice. Use the reference number located in the 'Phone Payments' section at the bottom of your invoice.

Yes. Your account can be paid in person at any Queensland X-Ray practice.

How your Medicare benefit is paid depends on how you settle your account with us.
If you pay in person at one of our practices and your claim is accepted by Medicare on the spot, your benefit will be refunded immediately back onto your Savings or Cheque card (please note this does not apply to credit cards). If your claim is not accepted by Medicare at the time of settling your account with us, we will submit it to Medicare and the benefit will be paid to your nominated bank account registered with them.
For payments made over the phone using a Savings or Cheque account, we can submit a claim to Medicare on your behalf, with the benefit paid to your nominated account registered with them. If you choose to pay your account online, a receipt will be issued to you once payment is finalised which you can use to claim your Medicare benefit directly from Medicare.

If transmitted instantly these funds will be available straight away on your Savings or Cheque card, however if transmitted manually to Medicare these funds should be in your nominated bank account within 48 hours.
