Make a payment

Payment in full is required at the end of your appointment. We are able to electronically transmit your account (for Medicare eligible claims) and your rebate will be in your account within 24 hours.

We accept cash, debit, VISA, AMEX and MasterCard.

If you pay on a credit card, the Medicare benefit will be paid into the account you have nominated with Medicare.

If you pay on a card associated with your savings account, the Medicare benefit will be paid into your account within 24 hours.

Pay online via our secure online payment system

BPAY
Using your unique biller code and reference number on the invoice, you can BPAY us via your internet banking service or by contacting your financial institution. We charge no additional fees for this option.

Mail
Please complete credit card details on the back of your invoice and return to the address at the top of the invoice. We accept VISA, AMEX and MasterCard.

Use the reference number located in the “Telephone Payments” section at the bottom of your invoice. We accept VISA, AMEX and MasterCard.

In Person
You may visit any Queensland X-Ray practice and we will help you pay over the counter.
