Throughout the year Queensland X-Ray donates to several organisations that support those in need. This year we have identified an organisation to support as our official Christmas charity for 2024; Rosies – Friends on the Street (Rosies).
The impactful work of Rosies spans Cairns, Brisbane, and surrounding suburbs including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and the Toowoomba region. This is a testament to our commitment to making a difference in the lives of those in need within our community.
Rosies, a volunteer organisation, provides an invaluable outreach service for people in need within the community. As of 2024, Rosies provides outreach to 14 locations, providing a nightly service that includes meals, hygiene packs, blankets, and support services.
