Queensland X-Ray proudly sponsored the U14 Girls Spartans basketball team at the 2022 National Championships in Sydney. This dedicated group won the State Champs in Cairns earlier in the year and then travelled to Sydney to represent Queensland. Playing against the top teams in the country, with a ‘never give up’ attitude, the girls took out the bronze medal. The teamwork and trust in each other was the underlying secret to their success!
The Spartans team is part of the Southern Districts basketball association, which is a not-for-profit organisation in Carina whose mission is to provide basketball programs, competitions and pathways for athletes.
Queensland X-Ray is delighted to support such a dedicated group of girls who also value excellence, respect and strive to do their best.
